Medical, Dental and Vision
Medical and dental coverage is provided by the company through Premera Blue Cross and Guardian insurance. Full-time employees are eligible for coverage on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
Short Term Disability Short-term disability insurance, provided by the company, pays a 60 percent salary benefit after 7 days of disability for 90 days. Full-time employees are eligible the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
Long Term Disability Long-term disability insurance, provided by the company, pays a 60 percent salary benefit after 90 days of disability. Full-time employees are eligible the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) may be funded up to $5,000 per year for daycare and in an unlimited amount for medical expenses. FSAs are funded with pre-tax earnings, reducing taxable income. FSA funds may be used to pay medical premiums spouse and/or dependents. Full-time employees are eligible the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
401(k) Retirement Plan - Fidelity Investments
Employees may elect to contribute between 1 percent and 90 percent of their annual salary on a pre-tax basis, up to the annual IRS limit ($16,500). Employees are eligible to participate the first of the month after their hire date..
Paid Holidays
NxEdge recognizes 11 holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, the day before Christmas, Christmas Day, and one floating site holiday, determined each calendar year. Regular, full-time employees are eligible for paid holidays. Part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week are eligible on a prorated basis.
