NxEdge Opens State-of-the-Art Plasma Facility in Boise, Idaho
BELLEVUE, Wash. (January 13, 2005) -- NxEdge today announced the opening of a newly constructed, 3,040 square foot plasma facility in Boise, Ida. The new facility features state-of-the-art plasma spray capabilities to better serve customers in the semiconductor and high-tech industries.
“We are thrilled to launch our fully-automated plasma facility, which features tighter process controls and a cleaner environment,” says John Esposito, director of engineering at NxEdge. “The facility enhances our capacity for high precision yttria coatings, as well as other ceramic and metal applications.”
Under construction for nearly three months, the facility design was developed by a team of world class NxEdge engineers. The completed facility boasts three plasma spray booths, a world-class cleaning area with class 1000 environment, masking area, inspection area, and trimming area.
